To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the time set aside for each appointment, the following cancellation policy applies: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment if adequate time is no longer available to complete the service safely and thoroughly. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
